When will your order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping times may vary due to time of year (holidays, availability of merchandise, etc.). As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation.
If you do not get an email with your tracking number within 5-7 business days of your purchase please email support@Dollfacejewels.com
Exchanges or Returns
At this time no exchanges or returns are being offered.
My package was stolen/lost
DollFace Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information stated the package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
I want to cancel my order
If you want to cancel an order, please email support@Dollfacejwels.com as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that there is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to all cancellations. If your order has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
